Swifts are now using the Convent Primary School nest boxes at Claremorris.
We have a great piece of news, Swifts are using the nest boxes that are build into the Westport Town Hall. The boxes were only put in last year so having birds using them in just two seasons is amazing.
There is a piece about swifts in Roscommon Town in which Lynda Huxley is being interviewed. It can be viewed on-line on Roscommon Matters 95 at irishtv.ie. The piece is about halfway through the programme and is well worth watching.
