On the County Meath page of the website you can find a lovely story provided by Peter McCarron. The story is about the wonderful experience that Peter had in the summer of 2022. He has camera installed in one of his nest boxes and was able to observe the first pair of swifts to occupy and breed in this nest box. Unfortunately one of the parents went missing and the remaining parent reared the two chicks to fledgling. It’s a wonderful story.
